Hi Cosplayers and Anime Lovers!!!
First and foremost I would like to thank each and every one of you for allowing me the honor to photograph you in your cosplay.
Secondly, special shouts to to my friend who I met last year at AX: Jenn, Anthony, Riley, Jacob, and Angie. Thank you for supporting me in my creative vision, and for getting cosplayers to come to my shoot. It means to world to me!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! *HUGS4DAYS*
Lastly, but most definitely not least, I want to thank my wife (last photo) for coming out to support me. Thank you for always being there, and loving me for who I am. On that note, wifey and I decided that the cosplayer who took the cake this year was "person in the bathtub." We loved how creative it was to be unique and different. It gave us all a good laugh and pushes the boundary for cosplaying. However, this is not to diminish the hard work, sweat, and even tears (for some of you cosplayers) to put your outfit together.
As promised, these photos are all free to download for personal use only. DO NOT use these images for commercial purposes. These photos are strictly for the love of cosplaying, and an award for all you have done for the cosplaying community. In a world that is driven by monetary values, I want to take this back to building relationships and trust. I am not profiting off these images, so please report anybody who is/are using these images for personal profit.
Okay, enough of that talk. I want to let you all know that you have all made me so happy each day I went to shoot. Every time I showed some of you your photo(s) and you say, "Wow, that looks so good!" Or, ask me, "Wow, where can I get these?" It makes me feel like I have done my job to my fullest potential as a photographer.
Also, when you use these images to share with your family and friends on social media, please like my FB business page and tag the business page Heng it Up Photography. Or, follow me on Instagram @hengitupphotography and tag me when you post. I support you, so please support me.
Without further to say, you can find most of the photos here: http://www.hengitupphotography.com/p959753436

Last, but not least, I would like to thank my wife for spending “Koalaty Time” with me at AX 2015. It was my second time in over 10+ years and her first time ever!!! Thank you cosplayers for being so nice to us. We had a great time “hengout out” with you. I am very excited for next year!!! Please stay in touch!!!

Congrats CharDae + Jason!!!
The way you two brought the New Orleans swagger to SoCal was awesome!!! Thank you so much for educating me about the Second Line.
CharDae wrote: "That was called a Second Line. It is tradition for funerals in celebration of life, weddings, and other social community celebrations. The proper way would entail an actual New Orleans Brass Band and we would all spill out into the streets and walk down with the band. Those witnessing would likely join in and walk and dance along as well."

Congrats Diana + Mike!!!
It was a great wedding. The Lion Dance and Samba was a spectacular addition to your entertainment. Watching you two get down during the Samba was so cute. Thank you for choosing us to "hengout" with you on your special day, and CHEERS to a great night!!!
